Note that your Rejsekort can be blocked before the applicable expiration date. You can see if your Rejsekort is blocked in the self service. If you have a Rejsekort Anonymous you can see if your card is blocked at a Rejsekort Vendor or by contacting Rejsekort Customer Service at +45 70 11 33 33. 

Be aware that the function is in Danish. To find the expiration date use the buttom "Tjek udløbsdato".

Enter your card number, which you’ll find on the front of your Rejsekort.

If your card expired after June 29, 2025, you can get help with receiving a refund of your remaining balance and any remaining card cost. In special cases, your card may have expired on June 29, 2025, or earlier, in which case you must fill out the contact form available under “Special Cases for Rejsekort Anonymous.” Find more information about refunding your remaining balance by reading here.

Please be aware that your Rejsekort may be blocked before the stated expiry date. In this case, you can visit a Rejsekort Sales Point until 15 July 2026 or contact Rejsekort Customer Centre on +45 70 11 33 33.
